The limited Ferrari 599 GTO (Gran Turismo Omologato) is the most performance-focused version of the 599 GTB. It is the road-legal development of the Ferrari 599XX. Ferrari introduced the model in April 2010 at the Beijing International Motor Show. The GTO weighs almost one hundred kilograms less than the standard 599 GTB. Ferrari achieved this by using carbon fibre for several components, including the front splitter, side skirts, dual rear diffuser and several interior elements such as parts of the console, dashboard and seats. This reduction in weight makes the GTO more than one second faster than the Enzo at the Fiorano circuit. Shifting behaviour, steering response and throttle response all feel more direct and more focused.

Our example stands out in Grigio Silverstone, a colour rarely seen on the GTO, combined with a Grigio Opaco roof and gloss-black wheels. The elegant exterior colour matches perfectly with the Rosso FX alcantara, giving the car a sporty but still classic appearance. The first owner clearly made the right choices when configuring this GTO.

The limited production run of 599 units ensures long-term value stability. The only two Ferrari models previously carrying the GTO name now both represent multi-million-euro valuations.
