Lamborghini Aventador SVJ 6.5 V12 1 of 900
According to Lamborghini, the Aventador SVJ is the most extreme version ever built, equipped with the most powerful V12 the brand has ever created. Many assumed the Aventador SV had already pushed the limits, but the SVJ raises the bar even higher. Let us begin with the name. SV stands for Super Veloce, but the J refers to Jota, a title previously given to only two cars: the Miura P400 Jota and the Diablo SE30 Jota.
The J in Aventador SVJ refers to section J of the well known FIA homologation book, a section Lamborghini had to study thoroughly when preparing the legendary Miura for racing. If it was not clear already, SVJ means faster and more focused on track performance.
The naturally aspirated 6.5 liter V12 now features titanium intake valves and modified cylinder heads, adding 20 horsepower for a total of 770. The flywheel has been lightened to improve throttle response and the redline now sits at 8,700 rpm. The single clutch sequential gearbox has been reprogrammed to further optimize shift times.
The stabilizer bars are 50 percent stiffer than those on the SV and the car rides on Pirelli tires developed specifically for this model. Despite the addition of rear wheel steering and active aerodynamics, the SVJ is 50 kilograms lighter than the standard Aventador thanks to a lighter exhaust, more carbon fiber, and lighter wheels.
The sprint from zero to 200 km per hour takes just 8.6 seconds and the Aventador SVJ completes a full lap of the Nürburgring in 6 minutes 44.97 seconds, a production car record. That is two seconds faster than the Porsche 911 GT2 RS and a remarkable fifteen seconds quicker than the SV.
This extraordinary performance is made possible by aerodynamics. The Aventador SVJ features ALA2 (Aerodinamica Lamborghini Attiva 2), an evolution of the system first introduced on the Huracán Performante. Air is directed under and along the car through two active flaps in the front splitter, while the massive rear wing channels airflow from the central pylon to both sides, increasing downforce on the inner wheels by 30 percent. Total downforce is 40 percent higher than on the SV.
At higher speeds the Aventador SVJ is significantly more stable. This stability gives the driver more confidence, allowing for higher speeds and more enjoyment. Even when pushed to the limit, which is not easy considering the loud and demanding character of the SVJ, the car reacts more predictably, more controllably, and far more safely than one might expect.
The Aventador SVJ delivers more drama than any other car, supported by a surprising level of precision and professionalism. It heightens every sense, makes its potential easy to access, and never feels overly serious. A true supercar or even hypercar, more balanced than ever and not solely focused on straight line speed. It fully earns the Jota badge.

In order to protect the special factory paint, the previous owner chose to have the car fully covered in X PEL protective film, which is nearly invisible to the eye but shields the paint against external influences. The SVJ has also been treated with a glass coating that repels water and dirt.
Beyond the cosmetic protection, there is one more modification and it may be the most exciting of all. The previous owner installed a titanium Gintani exhaust system costing 35,000 euros. It gives the SVJ a sound reminiscent of the iconic V12 Formula 1 era. This titanium version of the Gintani SVJ exhaust is no longer available, making it even more special that it is fitted to this car.
